Rome Lend Umar Sadiq Ke Torino
As expected, AS Roma has officially loaned striker Umar Sadiq to Torino with an option to buy.
The 20-year-old spent last season in Bologna, where he made only seven appearances and provided an assist.
“The club can ensure that an agreement has been agreed with Torino FC for an early loan transfer from striker Sadiq Umar,” the statement from Rome said.
“Sadiq joins Torino in a temporary agreement that lasts until June 30, 2018. As part of the deal, Torino has the option to make a permanent transfer at an agreed fee.”
“In this case, Rome will retain the reply option to re-own it.”
“Sadiq joined the Giallorossi team from Spezia in 2015. The Olympic bronze medalist with Nigeria in 2016 has made six appearances in total for the Giallorossi by scoring twice.
Roma’s goal to let Sadiq go a while is to give him more experience with other clubs and get consistent playing time.
